The 2010 ETRS Congress will be held from 15-17 September 2010 in Gent, a beautiful medieval city in Belgium. The location of the congress is “Het Pand”, a former abbey in the historical center of the city. The congress will comprise plenary sessions with renowned experts on: Burns Fibrosis and Scar formation Infection Stem cells Tissue regeneration Wound debridement In addition to free presentations, there will be a number of workshops on eg. Smart dressings and Wound Photography.

There will be exciting competition for the congress prizes, which will be awarded for best poster and best presentation and there will also be, for the first time, an ETRS 2020 session, organised with and for young scientists, by a newly established ETRS Junior Committee.

Moreover there will be a parallel day for clinicians on Friday 17 September, to be held in cooperation with the Belgian wound healing organisations AfiScep, CNC and WCS.
